PROJECT SUMMARY:

This studio condo renovation is proof that simple changes can completely transform a space. Custom walnut and maple cabinetry, thoughtful built-in storage, and warm blue tones replaced the builder-grade finishes, creating a home that feels inviting and functional.

A new transom between the living area and bedroom allows natural light to filter through while creating a more intentional separation between the spaces, and a custom sit-to-stand desk gives the client a dedicated workspace that seamlessly blends into the home when the workday is done.

Every detail was designed to make the most of the home's footprint without compromising on character.
